V SERIES THREE LINE RAILMOLD MODEL

T SERIES DRILLING AND ATTACKING MODELS

Uses a strong, durable machine structure made of high-quality steel with high stability. All three axes use a linear roller guide system, providing high speed and high precision. The new control system enhances the efficiency of starting and stopping the main axis, reducing tool change time. High-speed ATC increases material feeding speed and working speed, resulting in higher operational efficiency. The design is perfectly sealed with a single metal plate; all external parts, including the internal cast base, are firmly secured to prevent fluid leakage and dust debris.

L SERIES SECOND TIER FIRST TIER HARDWARE MODELS

X and Y axes add cable trays, and the Z axis has a rigid tray to ensure good circular accuracy and cutting force. The high-precision roller screw is designed with a double nut, including five locking bearings at both ends and pre-tensioning to compensate for errors caused by thermal expansion of the screw, ensuring machine stability.

A-SERIES OVERHEAD GANTRY MACHINING CENTER MODEL

The bed frame components have been optimized using topology software and finite element analysis software. The X-axis uses a dual-rod drive design, and the X-axis employs hollow cooling. All YZ axes use a screw cooling design to ensure that the impact of temperature on accuracy is reduced. The Y-axis 4-rail supports the best dynamic balance.
